Why we started Mumma Glow

We are a small team of mums. Between us we have been through the C-section recoveries, the leaking, the diastasis checks on the bathroom floor, and the strange grief of not recognising your own middle in the mirror.

When we went looking for help, we found two extremes: punishing ‘bounce-back’ bootcamps that ignored a healing body, or vague advice that never told us what to actually do. The gentle, honest, step-by-step plan we needed simply did not exist, so we built it.

We did not want another plan that made mums feel behind. We wanted the calm, doable one we wished we’d had at 3am with a newborn on our chest.

Mumma Glow is that plan. Every guide is designed around a real postpartum body and a real postpartum schedule, the kind with interrupted nights, nap-time windows and a baby on one hip.
