Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Mumma Glow (mummaglow.store). Please read it carefully before completing your order.
1. All sales are final — digital products
Every Mumma Glow product is a digital download (PDF guides and linked video content) delivered to you instantly after purchase. Because you receive immediate and permanent access to the full product, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been completed and access has been delivered. By completing your purchase you acknowledge you are buying a digital product for immediate access and you expressly consent to instant delivery.
2. Check with your healthcare provider before you buy
Our guides involve physical exercise. We strongly recommend you confirm with your GP, midwife, obstetrician or other qualified healthcare professional that the program is appropriate for you before purchasing — particularly if you are recovering from birth, a C-section, or any medical condition.
3. Medical exception
If you have already purchased and your GP, hospital or qualified healthcare provider advises that you should not follow the program for medical reasons, please email care@mummaglow.store within 30 days of purchase and include written evidence (for example a note or letter from your healthcare provider). We review each such request individually and, while we are unfortunately unable to offer returns as standard, we will always do our best to help.
4. Faulty or inaccessible files
If you experience any technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, contact care@mummaglow.store and we will resolve it or re-send your files promptly at no cost.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where such laws grant rights that cannot be waived, those rights prevail.
